These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website postlesscart.com (the "Site"), operated by Smooth Supply Consulting Limited ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Hong Kong. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

2. Eligibility

The Site and our products are intended exclusively for licensed cannabis businesses operating lawfully in their respective jurisdictions. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a representative of a licensed cannabis business authorized to purchase and use cannabis hardware in your jurisdiction.
• Your use of our products complies with all applicable local, state, provincial, and national laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity that does not meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Products and Services

We sell empty 510-thread cartridges and related accessories only. Our products do not contain cannabis, THC, CBD, nicotine, or any controlled substances. Product descriptions, specifications, and images on the Site are provided for informational purposes and may be subject to change without notice.

4. Sample Requests

Sample requests submitted through the Site are subject to our review and approval. Submitting a sample request does not guarantee fulfillment. We reserve the right to decline any request at our sole discretion. Free samples are provided for evaluation purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer or contract for future supply.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of Smooth Supply Consulting Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Mono cartridge design is patent pending.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

6. Regulatory Compliance

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the purchase, possession, and use of our products complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements in their jurisdiction. We make no representations or warranties regarding the legality of using our products in any particular jurisdiction.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

7. Product Use Disclaimer

Our products are designed and sold as empty cartridge hardware for use by licensed cannabis businesses. We do not control and are not responsible for how our products are filled, used, or distributed after purchase. The buyer assumes all responsibility for:

• The substances placed into the cartridges and their compliance with applicable regulations
• Proper handling, filling, storage, and distribution of filled cartridges
• Any claims, injuries, or damages arising from the use of filled cartridges by end consumers
• Ensuring that all labeling and packaging meets applicable regulatory requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Smooth Supply Consulting Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our products.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific products giving rise to the claim.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Defect and Return Policy

We target a defect rate of under 1% and maintain a formal defect replacement policy. If a unit does not meet published specifications, we will replace it. Claims must be submitted within a reasonable time of receipt. Specific terms for returns and replacements will be provided in your purchase agreement.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Site or our products for any unlawful purpose
• Misrepresent your identity, licensing status, or business affiliation
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation or security
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Site without our consent
• Resell or redistribute our products outside of lawful commercial channels

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
