Efficient. Simple.
Under $1 Landed.
No Capping Required.
Mono is a post-less, leak-proof 510 cartridge rooted in deep material research designed to cut your production costs and deliver a better product to your customers.
Post-Less Architecture
Engineered to Eliminate Leaks and Clogs
The Mono cartridge removes the center post, the #1 source of leaks and clogs in standard 510 cartridges. Precision food-grade seals and a patent-pending postless design mean 0% defect guaranteed across production runs. Fewer returns, fewer customer complaints, more repeat orders.
Top-Fill, No-Cap Design
Cut $0.10–$0.25 Per Unit in Capping Labor
Mono is a top-fill cannabis cartridge that requires no capping step. Fill directly from any standard filling machine, manual or automated, then pack and ship. At 10,000 units per run, that's $1,000–$2,500 in labor savings per batch with no equipment changes.
Research-Backed Material Selection
No Nickel. No BPA. Every Component Tested.
Mono uses a Kanthal (FeCrAl) heating coil with zero nickel content and a transparent polyamide tank rated for terpene and acid resistance that meet medical & food-grade standards. Each material was selected through published comparison research evaluating safety, chemical compatibility, and durability for cannabis extract environments.
How to Integrate the Mono Cartridge Into Your Fill Line
Three steps. No re-tooling. Compatible with all standard 510 filling machines.
Order
Choose 1.0 mL or 2.0 mL capacity with duckbill or barrel mouthpiece options. Custom branding is available. Minimum order quantity starts at 10,000 units with free samples shipped before your first order.
Fill
Mono's open-top design works with every major filling machine on the market, including Thompson Duke, VapeJet, ATG or Xylem, and manual syringe setups. No caps, no press-fit tools, just fill from the top and move to packaging.
Ship
With no capping step, your fill-to-ship cycle is shorter. Operators report faster throughput and lower labor cost per unit compared to traditional center-post cartridges that require press-fit caps.
Works with your existing 510 filling equipment. No re-tooling, no new machines, no workflow changes.

Why Mono Uses Kanthal and Polyamide: the Research Behind Every Material
Most cartridge suppliers can't explain their material choices. We publish ours.
Smooth Supply evaluated seven heating element alloys, eleven tank polymers, and nine seal elastomers before selecting Mono's components. The selection criteria included metal ion release risk, terpene chemical resistance, high-temperature oxidation stability, and extractables-and-leachables (E&L) safety profiles.
The result: a Kanthal (FeCrAl) coil that forms a protective alumina oxide barrier with zero nickel content and a transparent polyamide (PA) tank that scored highest across terpene resistance, acid resistance, and stress-crack resistance in our material matrix.
Kanthal heating coil: Nickel-free, forms protective Al₂O₃ layer, rated for 1,400°C oxidation stability
Transparent PA tank: Top-scored material across 10 criteria including terpene, acid, and stress-crack resistance
Silicone seals: Food-grade, peroxide-cured, excellent terpene and low-pH resistance

Cartridge Comparison
Postless vs. Center-Post: How the Mono Compares to Traditional 510 Cartridges
A side-by-side comparison of the Mono's postless architecture against conventional center-post cartridge designs across seven key features.

Feature Breakdown
Detailed Feature Comparison
Design
Traditional cartridges use a center post that contacts oil directly. Mono uses a patent-pending postless architecture that eliminates metal-to-oil contact inside the tank.
Fill Process
Traditional cartridges require fill + cap (press-fit or screw). Mono is top-fill only, no cap needed.
Leak/Clog Risk
Center posts create seal failure points and air channel obstructions. Mono's postless design removes both.
Coil Material
Most cartridges use NiCr (nickel-chromium) coils. Mono uses Kanthal (FeCrAl), which contains zero nickel.
Material Transparency
Most cartridge brands do not disclose specific materials or publish supporting research. Mono provides full documentation of every component: Kanthal coil, polyamide tank, and food-grade seals, all backed by published comparison data.
Oil Visibility
The center post obscures oil level. Mono's clear, unobstructed tank provides full oil visibility for consumers.
Landed Cost
Traditional cartridges with comparable materials cost $1.20–$2.00+. Mono is priced under $1.00 landed.
