Background
Arnaud Dumas de Rauly leads international efforts to establish safety and quality standards for vaping products. As Chairman of ISO/TC 126/SC 3, he oversees the development of global standards for vape and vapour products under the International Organization for Standardization. In parallel, he chairs CEN/TC 437, the European Committee for Standardization's technical committee on electronic cigarettes and e-liquids.
Through Smooth Supply, Arnaud applies this standards expertise to cannabis hardware manufacturing — selecting materials and engineering processes that meet or exceed the safety thresholds defined by ISO 10993, USP Class VI, and state-level cannabis testing regulations.
